If you can combine this diet with a gentle aerobic conditioning regimen, that will improve the weight-loss results. Remember that one reason diets often seem to fail is that people continue to avoid exercise, even when they're capable of doing it. These drugs, which are intended only for short-term use, have been shown to result in a six- or seven-pound weight loss, which is of borderline statistical significance.
